The world is awash in fond little, scummy, feted little Capture the Flag little tin pots and vile scourge like little scavengers and killers who just live to play little zero sum games and just live for the mean little chase, the happy little maim, the break, the kill.  Tis the new shiny irrevocable epoch of the new shiny century.  There is no Pax of ordered violence .... there is only the games of nihilist euphoria and abject purging.  The world in which we live is awash with geniuses of all types and stripes who have spoken to God and  / or reached into the depths of the human soul and mind to come up with the Big Truth and the right to thrust it upon the worthless who are less than men .... less than women .... less than rebid dogs.

The prologues of the past have  brought only stabs at civilization.... but, then, civilization is a subjective thing and fond rancid thoughts and action are best fitted to this current epoch and giant step in the march of human progress.

Here in America we fill the bill well as well ..... we will not be left behind.
